Order Processing

All products are made specifically for you after your order is placed.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • During holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using one of our trusted shipping partners.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the products ordered, and the selected shipping method.

From time to time, Fairway Junkies may offer free shipping promotions or discounts.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find the best resolution.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We'll review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local government. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
