At Fairway Junkies, we take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order golf apparel. Because every item is produced specifically for your order, we ask that you read our policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel or modify the order.
